Mission

The mission of the TYE Shadow Day Program is to further TiE’s commitment to fostering entrepreneurship and giving back to our local communities by providing high school students (grades 9–12) with meaningful exposure to real-world careers.

Through direct access to successful entrepreneurs and professionals across industries such as STEM, law, finance, communications, healthcare, and more, we aim to inspire the next generation of leaders and innovators.

Goals & Purpose

Through job shadowing, students gain the opportunity to observe professionals in the fields they aspire to pursue. This experience provides valuable real-world exposure and practical insight beyond the classroom, helping students better understand day-to-day responsibilities, workplace expectations, and career pathways.

By engaging directly with industry professionals, students build confidence, expand their knowledge, and develop a stronger foundation as they prepare for their academic and professional futures.
